I love this office, the staff (Dr’s, NP’s, nurses, lab, reception) are all amazing. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable and is always looking to help. I had an unplanned c-section due to fetal distress and it was my worst fear. Dr. Neighbors was on-call and performed the surgery. My partner said when she closed me up, the incision already looked like a scar. Every single Dr and nurse that saw my incision in the hospital said how amazing the incision looked. My baby came out just in time, the cord was wrapped around his neck, he was very blue, and completely limp. He had to be bagged and resuscitated. Thankfully he is doing absolutely perfectly now and I am just so grateful this is the provider I went with.

From the very first contact with Lilac has been awesome. The front desk staff was professional and efficient (used my name to greet me). The nurse was kind, patient and empathetic. She held my hand through my procedure. Shauna was attentive. Answered all my many questions and made me very comfortable. I am thrilled to find this practice!

The Chandler team was amazing. The lovely front office team that sets your appointments are the best! They were so flexible and understanding as my job makes it hard to keep an appointment sometimes. I appreciated they didn’t guilt trip me when I needed to reschedule when I already felt horrible as I know I took up a time slot. Casey, my doctor, made me feel so comfortable and had a great recommendation for me. This was my first appointment and I am definitely referring my friends!! Thank you so much!!

Lilac OB IS AMAZING! I saw them for my prenatal care & they just delivered my first baby. I went to both Chandler & Gilbert offices and made it my mission to meet every delivering doctor so that I knew who was delivering my baby. Every single employee I met (the front desk, medical assistants, nurses and doctors) were so friendly, kind and helpful. I literally didn’t have a single bad experience during my entire pregnancy. I work in healthcare so I can tell you that it’s rare for an office to be so kind and professional so consistently. I will be a patient for life!

The check-in process was a bit slow and I experienced a delay with my appointment, however the provider was great! She took the time to listen to my questions and explained things to me patiently. I really appreciate when I am not being rushed and treated like another number on the appointment list. For that, I am truly thankful to Lilac's team.

This practice is absolutely incredible! I have only been seen twice but so far my experience has been exceptional. Dr. Peters is so caring and compassionate, she is thorough and responds to messages in the portal quickly. I love having the patient portal for questions and concerns. I have never been called the next day by the doctor in response to a question I sent in a portal, but Dr. Peters called me the following morning to discuss my concerns. I had a non-hospital emergency and they were able to get me an appointment within an hour and a half to be seen. I really cannot say enough about this practice. I highly recommend this practice, and Dr. Peters for all your OBGYN needs.

I can’t even begin to describe how thankful I am to have chosen Lilac Ob Gyn. Not only has every single person I have come in contact with treated me with kindness and understanding, this entire practice is well organized and efficient. They actually pick up the phone, they speak understandably, they return calls. The front desk has always been super helpful and knowledgeable, as well as very polite and professional. I have now been to both offices and seen Dr. Switzer and Dr. Adams- both are absolutely amazing! The medical assistants, the phlebodomist, the ultrasound tech, and the nurses have been wonderful! I will also add that Dr. Owens who administered IV sedation for my in-office procedure, was fantastic. In order to receive reimbursements for my medical expenses I require itemized statements for each visit and procedure. I can’t tell you the nightmares I’ve experienced with so many other billing offices in order to acquire a simple itemized statement. Not with Lilac or Dr. Owens’ office! Everyone from front to the medical staff to the billing is so well managed! Last but not least - both offices are sparkling clean!!! Thank you Lilac!
